Spin Mount Specifications

The Spin Mount provides the mechanical interface between the SD/SDV-Series tool and the robot.

The interface complies with:

  • ISO 9409-1

  • Type 50-4-M6

All dimensions and tolerances are shown in mm [inch] in the drawing below.

Note

Proper mounting of the Spin Mount is critical for performance and load transfer.

Ensure that:

  • The robot flange matches ISO 9409-1 Type 50-4-M6

  • Mounting bolts are correctly tightened

  • The interface is clean and free of debris

Misalignment or improper mounting may affect accuracy and tool lifetime.
