Status LED

The SD/SDV-Series tool is equipped with a multicolor status LED that provides visual feedback about the system state.

LED Status Overview

Color	State	Description
None	Off	No power supplied to the screwdriver
White	On	System powered. Tool and SpinBridge connected. Robot idle
Yellow	On	Robot is moving (not applicable for I/O control)
Yellow	Rolling	Screwdriver motor is running
Green	On + buzzer	Screw successfully inserted
Red	Flash	Connection error
Red	Flash + buzzer	System error – see robot interface for details

Note

The LED provides a high-level indication of system state.

Detailed status and error information is available via the robot interface or SpinBridge communication.

LED indications may vary depending on control method (robot integration or I/O control).
